Welcome to Quinebaug Valley Multi-Sport (QVMS) club! We exist to support the health and fitness of our community. As members of QVMS, we enjoy sport-made-fun and provide positive re-enforcement of personal health and fitness goals within the group. We encourage a broad range of activities including cycling, pool swimming, running, mountain biking, hiking, gravel riding, snowshoeing, open water swimming, walking, stand-up paddleboard, and other fitness-inducing activities.
